Onboarding Steps

Sign Our Management Agreement
Before we begin, we need your agreement in place. Our Management Agreement is a clear, plain-English document that sets out exactly how we work together: our fees, our responsibilities, your rights, and the terms of our partnership.
It is sent electronically via Adobe Sign or DocuSign and takes less than five minutes to complete. Once signed, you are formally onboarded as an AJ Premier Property partner, and we can begin preparing your property for launch.

Pay Your Onboarding Fee
A one-time onboarding fee covers the cost of setting up your property within our management system, creating and optimising your listings across all relevant booking channels, and coordinating your professional photography session.
This is the only upfront cost. Ongoing management is charged as a percentage of your monthly booking income, with complete transparency provided in every monthly income statement. Payments are handled securely via Stripe.

Complete Your Property Information Form
This form provides us with everything we need to build your listing to the highest standard, including property details, access and key arrangements, house rules, amenity checklists, guest preferences, and anything that makes your property unique.
The more detail you provide, the better your listing will perform from day one. The form takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and can be saved and returned to at any time if needed.

Professional Photography
Professional photography is one of the most important elements of a successful short-let listing. As part of your onboarding, we arrange a professional photography session for your property.

Once we receive your Property Information Form, we will schedule a convenient date and time. The session captures all key rooms and angles, with professional editing included as standard.

You do not need to be present during the shoot, although you are welcome to attend if you wish.
