Alex Macfarlane
A J Premier Property did not begin in a boardroom. It began with a proven track record and an honest recognition that short-let management could be done at a genuinely higher standard.

Alex Macfarlane launched his career with Pass the Keys, one of the UK’s fastest-growing Airbnb management platforms, where he personally grew and managed a portfolio of more than 35 properties. That experience gave him the operational depth that most short-let agencies simply do not have: he had already solved the problems that newer operators were still discovering.

Alongside his short-let career, Alex remained actively involved in property development through the family business at macdb.co.uk, giving him a dual perspective that very few property managers possess. He understands both the bricks-and-mortar value of a property and the dynamic revenue potential of the short-let market.
​
The quality of service and results delivered from the outset earned the trust of landlords, with word-of-mouth referrals alone expanding the portfolio to more than 40 properties within the first six months.
Jack Jaques
Jack brings a complementary set of credentials. With more than 15 years across high-end estate agency, property technology, and multi-million-pound property development groups, he has operated at every level of the UK property market.

His early career at Walkers Estate Agents, working in the Country and Equestrian department with high-net-worth clients, instilled a standard of discretion and quality of service that he carries into every client relationship today.
​
His subsequent role as Business Development Manager for Zoopla and PrimeLocation at Daily Mail and General Trust gave him a unique understanding of how property is marketed, discovered, and converted in the digital age.
​
At Blueprint Property Group, Jack progressed to Associate Director, overseeing a multi-million-pound portfolio spanning development, sales, lettings, and management.
